so...im going to be doing a build with 4 jl audio svc 3 ohm vcs...what amps can i use?

Ok, thats what i figured. He must be a jl fanatic too right? I got to hear a couple of the thinline 12s a while back and i was very surprised by how little bass output they had. They were in a pontiac firebird running on a jl 500 and you could barely even hear them things. And they expensive too!!

I don't think the clamped results of .75 will matter much because after box rise and all other factors I think it'll be dang close to 1omn anyways

Just ordered the amp from audioque!

You won't be disappointed. Clamped my AQ2200d @ 2490 @ 1 ohm so .75 should be a bit better. But it is very application dependent. After box rise you will likely be over 1 ohm anyways.

jl audio doesnt make 12 thinline only 13.5 they must of been knock offs

I'm sorry, it was the 13.5 jl's i heard cause it was at a audio store that promotes jl big time. Which is even worse, 13.5's sounding so weak!!! I must have been thinking about the 12" thin mb quart 12's, which sounded better than the jl's, when i posted the above.
