collinb1234 Posted August 12, 2011 Report Posted August 12, 2011 Im torn between the AQ 90x4 and the rockford t600-4 power series for my 4 channel, i was thinking AQ because i currently own two aq2200d strapped at 2 ohm and i love them, but would the RF t600-4 amp have better sound quality? kirill007 Posted August 12, 2011 Report Posted August 12, 2011 RF would be my choice. RF uses the BD class of amps, and AQ D class, and the parts used on the RF amp are better. RF amp would sound better and easier to deal with warrenty at the cost of a "high" price. Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
MrSoundz Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 The RF T400-4 like the 2007-2011 Power Series has a slight treble boost. Great amp. I have been a RF for the last 20 yearsand would recommend the T600-4. The T600-4 is a different type of amp and the treble boost doesn't seem to be as strong as the T400-4
