seriously, do a wall with 2 SA 15s...... thats ur best bet...

same subs you have. Same power you have. Different box. You have 2 300 watt 12s right now. Put them in 2.2 cubes each. Tune the box to 38 hertz using torres box calculator. 12-15 sq inches of port per cube. Don't worry about bracing, don't worry about 45s. Just build a box that looks good, that has the proper airspace, and that is tuned in a ballpark that will sound good. See where that gets you. Sub back, port back. Buy a router from harbor freight, a pack of spiral upcut/downcut bits from harbor freight, and a 3/8" round over from harbor freight, and a T-square as well. It'll set you back less than $150. Get a jasper jig from parts express. If your boxes don't look better by 10 fold, you're doing it wrong.

Glad to see you're actually WANTING to take peoples advice now... somewhat.

The tools make up this hobby more than you can imagine. Some people get away with a jigsaw and a skillsaw... Up until they realize that they make work harder than it needs to be and the final product is never really perfect.
