ChevyBoy95
95 chevy truck I am trying to get the belt off for my new alt and it seems waaaaay to hard to pull the tensioner off the belt, and then I saw something connected to it to the northwest side with the word load on it. Does that mean the load of the tension on the belt? Preferably older model chevy owners answer please. ChevyBoy95
Mine doesn't have the same tensioner, no slot in the back, it has a load circle with and arm that goes to the tensioner Quote Best Score to Date : 160.5 dB Outlaw (47Hz)[4 XM 15's & 2 Taramps Bass 12k's] BL : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/147800-chevyboy95s-4-15s-7krms-wall-1533-db-on-half-power/YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/hitemwiththeflex/
falcons03079313
never had experience with this but it sounds like you need to somehow relieve pressure from the arm

OrionStang
Yeah you gotta turn it the direction of the arrows. Can you turn it with a socket on that center bolt? Or does that just hold it in place? Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
