LSN2meBoom916
Always...generally. I know some local guys are DOOCHES as well, so until I get the formal in person intro and make sure you're not one of THOSE, I say it w/ the "generally" qualifier. BUt everyone on smd seems pretty chill so who knows. I'm open and pretty chill myself. My biggest problem is at least breakin even when I do builds. Too much love for the build I start helpin it along to be better w/ $$ for better materials outta my own damn pocket and I go over budget. Forevrbumpn
Speaker rings are dangerous just ask Steve Man, that is based on how you make them, what I do personally, if Iam making intriquit (spelling) ones like for speaker spider landings, or counter sinking mid range speakers, and round overs, I get the basic ring, nail it to another larger sheet of MDF maybe like 24x24" with a center jig, so you can get all the cuts you need to cut, with out the rings shooting off and hitting the wall, or your balls (happened to me once myself) I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
