What tools do you need to correctly install an alarm?

I actually already have a backup battery but I think most just run it to there battery bank instead of the front battery for backup power

556U is just a key wrap. you can make your own 556U if you really wanted to, no need to really buy it. if you use a module that reads CAN, it will basically do everything for you. if you use the DBALL module it would be easiest. Xk09 would work as well. the best news about those is, you wont lose a key! it does your brake, hood, locks, pins,trunk pop, and tach. all you need is the ignition harness and siren then your done. this truck at my shop is a 45 minute install.

Okay just ordered the XK09 is there anything else I need to install this?
