michigancapri92 Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 (edited) ok so i really wana get two dc lvl4 subs powered by a t1500-1dbcp at 2ohms it puts out 1700@2 and 1901@1 so i would really like to run it at 1ohm ... soooo is it possible to get a lvl 4 with D4 or D1 ohm coils ??!!?!? EDIT ... what would be better cuz i know dc subs can handle more than rated ... 2x lvl3 or lvl4 on 1900RMS ?? Chode69 Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 You can get Dual 1s and wire them to 1 ohm and be great on that amp. you may notice those subs may want more than that amp but you can work up in time. i would say stick with the Level 4s and maybe later on down the road upgrade to a DC 3.5k. I dont see a point of getting Level 3s and that amp then having to upgrade subs when you want to upgrade your power because you will already have the subs that will take on the power.
