Supercharged DCs
It's like .5" too deep, can't bolt seats in lol. It's not bolted down, and Ray says my port area is too small. It doesn't move much air due to lack of excursion from low power. Quote Bassless once again. 2loudisjustright
Well, i think i would do like Ricky said and do 1 level 5 18. Sell the other 18 and get another 2k amp. Should be plenty o room to do 1 below the window, cause i had a 6 cubic ft box ported with 2 15s before with the back seat still in and it was below the window. hdorre
I would sell the lvl 5s, destroy the wall, and get 2 different 18s. I would choose 18s that dont need a big box, and that would prefer less power. After that, I would obviously rebuild the wall. Youre considering buying 2 bc2000s, correct? I think a pair Sundown Z 18s would be a good match. Of course we need max dimensions to tell though Edited September 21, 2011 by hdorre Quote On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread
CortezDTV
Buy my amp. But if you sell you sub and get a another amp ull still need electrical, maybe get an amp and batt if you can.....I love my setup with 1 18 lvl 5 on an sd 8k , I just wish I could slide in a 12 inch port instead of a 10" hole All in all I would get another amp and do the single 18 it will still get loud! Plan to get someone here to design whatever enclosure I go with. I would just get a larger amp y'all, but I do not have the electrical to support thousands of watts, and it would take a few months to save for what I would consider the proper electrical system. So far, seems like the two top options are keeping one 18", and powering it via 4kw, and rebuilding the wall with different woofers that do not require tons of power to get moving. The thing I don't like about my wall is that I don't feel I can do much to make it better, where as a normal box I can test, rebuild, and so on. Quote Bassless once again.
