Unplug the plug from the back of the deck and let it sit a few seconds. When you plug it back in, it will be back at manufacturing settings i try'd both of your ideas. i reset and then try'd to see what it said on flat still nothing.

He said he tried that and it didn't work. I think this is a case of Broke Deck. Blown
