heckvr4 Posted October 1, 2011 Report Share Posted October 1, 2011 OK guys i need some help. i have a pair of dc 9ks and im not sure what to do as far as batts 12v vs 16v batts?>... i already have 2 alts on my truck . i can either go 12v batts and use both of my alts to charge or go with 16v batts and only use one alt to charge my 16v batts/ sub stage and the other one for my trucks 'stock electrical' what would be\\work better for me ?.... i do not drive my truck daily also i have 4 18'' rd super heavy weigths that are dual 1's my plan was to wire a pair of subs to each amp for daily @ 1ohm and strapp them @ .25 each for a total load of .5ohm for burps... PROS AND CONS OF THE 12V AND 16V ??....
