stratusrt01 Posted October 22, 2006 Report Share Posted October 22, 2006 Well, I've been throwing around a lot of different ideas for my new setup, but finally just went ahead and took the plunge. Next week, I'm ordering a single 15" BTL for my new setup. Here's the plan: November 10th, I drive to Tennessee to pick up a 200 amp 16v alternator, a step down module and 2 16v batteries from Powermaster. Coy will be fabbing up the brackets, since noone makes one that'll directly bolt on, and the largest I can get is 160 amp, 13.8v alternator that is bolt on. Soon after, I will be getting a pair of IA 20.1's, and running them strapped at .5 ohms to the single BTL 15. The box is going to be sealed off, firing forward in my trunk, tuned to around 34hz, ports forward also. I always said I wasn't one to jump on the "best new thing out", but after talking to Scott about it, and having teammates who keep in close contact with him, Fi sealed the deal.
