loganberry Posted November 16, 2011 Report Posted November 16, 2011 so i couldnt use a remote with it at all? is the pause un pause button easy to use while your competing through your ipod screen? its no good to me if i cant pause and un pause it easily since i compete alot, also can i use any back up camera with this or does it have to be the pioneer one? and as far as the ipod hookup is it just a usb to ipod or do i have to buy a module like i did with the avic-n1? My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk

loganberry Posted November 16, 2011 Report Posted November 16, 2011 im not worried about if i cant use a remote, as long as there is no delay from when i hit play from the ipod screen. on the avic-n1 there was about a 3 second delay when i would hit play i dont want that so if i cant use a remote i need to know that this thing plays right away with you hit play off the ipod menu. I cant play cd's as it is my dash jumps around too much and im sure it will be the same case. i just mainly want it for the ability for back up camera, video's for my brother's when they ride with me and ill eventually hook up other screens to it. I will have to buy a whole new dash install kit but would be losing the built in bluetooth which i really like on my deck, so if your interested in doing this it would be pretty much a strait across trade since both deck's are worth about the same. i dont know about your feedback but i have excellent feedback on here and over 130 feedback with 100% positive feedback on there also. sqsux Posted November 16, 2011 Author Report Posted November 16, 2011 i'll be honest with you, i hate this headunit while competing. its really slow when pausing/muting... i really just demo at shows so it was never a bother to me... you can use any rearview cam as far as i know and you can set custom back grounds but you have to burn the image to a cd i think... i can't remember. sorry if i missed anything.
