There are alot rougher areas to live in then Springfield granted some crazy stuff does happen there from time to time.

I think i'd be more worried about areas out in LA. At least back in the late 80's early 90's when all the crips and bloods were killing everyday.

Thirty Minutes North of me used to be considered one of the worse places to live, at one time, dont think so anymore though. I wouldnt be caught in some areas of Chi Town, or the Gary/Hammond IN area nowadays. But basically everywhere you go theres going to be a area considered "rough".

In our town theres a bunch of "good ol' boys" if they dont like you they band together and run you outta town. I've heard of it happing on a few occasions. Do i agree with what they did, no, but at the time it prolly was the best due to a large crack/coke epidemic going on. Now i guess the new trend is that 'Ron

Yeah i can think of alot more cities in IL that are more dangerous than Springfield. But they are doing it by population and what not thats the only reason we got on the list because we only had 100,000 people last year

I live in a town of @ 40,000. We have had 10 MURDERS and about 40 documented unsuccessful shooting (murder attempts) this year.
