Guest Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 (edited) light i have right are good, but I want something brighter brighter? only way you can do that is by getting new ballasts. upgrade to 55w from the seemingly "standard" 35w ones (which are the ones i assume you have). of course you'll need to get a relay kit (which ddmtuning also sells). if you dont want new ballasts and just new bulbs, the brightest color bulbs you can buy are ~5000k. Mine are 6k (35watt) Slightly blue color. But a huge difference compared to halogens! Tek Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 I installed those lights that the OP stated.. complete shit. they are normal bulbs with a blue coating over them and the coating basically melted my wiring harnesses. other than that they are pretty solid.
