4.6/5.4/6.8 Ford Owners! I have your belt slip solution.

Recommended Posts

Want to make belt slip a thing of the past?

Those of you who own a Ford/Lincoln/Mercury with the 4.6, 5.4 or 6.8 know that the belt wrap from the factory is not very good.

Here's a little teaser video of the dual idler bracket system for the Ford Modular engines that we will be releasing to the public very shortly. If you own one of these vehicles check this out and you will see the improvement.

Nice!!! Not to thread jack, but I'm Wondering if you make a high output ALT for my Modular? It's 5.4 2v supercharged, I believe my truck uses a 4g "v" case. Thanks.

Email me, [email protected], with your vehicle info and I will get you a quote. We do build for your application.

You will need to get a belt that is approx. 3" longer than stock.

Pricing has yet to be determined, we will have a price this week.

No VCM, XS Power isn't going after that, but we are going to work on an adjustable voltage solution for the PCM controlled Ford vehicles. This week we will be testing a 400a unit on my car with an external regulator and working on a solution for the PCM control. The car will charge but we need to determine how it will effect the PCM when it doesn't see the alternator in place or if we have to trick the PCM into thinking there is an alternator attached.

There is more to come on this subject, we are going into the season where we can start to develop new products.
