I was a huge jl fan till my w7 13.5 stopping playing and I was quoted by jl that it will cost me $425 for recone kit. Fixmyspeaker couldn't fix the w7. Price can be an issue but u get what you pay for A friend of mine did 2 13w7s sealed in a BMW 750i on a mtx 1501d and I was amazed at the lows they put out and sounded great on everything Its all matter of taste. I have a jlw0 10 and 12 from the early 00's and except for the surrounds retreating from age they sounded great. Also got my headliner installed along with some LED bulbs in the dome lights. Should start seeing some actual audio progress next week! I'm doing the same thing in my headliner, and I have two kids (5 and 7) and I'm sure they're gonna wanna touch that! But it looks very clean and smooth! Nice!
