I've heard some folks say something about a secondary alt only to run the audio. Something about the ecu or something like that. Is this correct? Is that what you're doing here? I was indeed out to lunch the other day and heard someone had stopped by! Sorry about the timing! ya nice for sure. Is that the stock alt with the DC added on? That is what I am doing here. The stock alt. will run the primary yellowtop and the truck. The DC alt goes straight to the second Yellow top and then back to the Shuriken BT120 and audio system. I do have a 0/1 Gauge wire connecting the two yellowtops up front with a circuit breaker between them in case something happens and I need to access the other alternator to either run the truck or audio.
