I have a '90 chevy 1500 ext.cab and already have 3 15" power acoustik pw3s n tryna get rid of em cuz i bought an 18" aa mayhem and wantin to kno if the dc audio 3.5k amp will be perfect for the sub

audioque 2200, dc 3.5k just easy on the gain and dont clip it to death, you will be fine

the box will be 6 1/2 cuft after everything and double layered except for the top which gets 3 layers and glassed on the inside. I'm aiming for the 155db with one 18" right now, but later i will get another one

that amp does more like 2000 if you want to push it go for a sundown 3500 or a sundown 2500 .whats your budget? and coil config?

You are not seeing 3,200 watts out of the amp, guaranteed.

The Mayhem is beast, if you think you can do it...then do it. If not, then just stick with the RMS. It's not like on 2,500 watts it's not going to get loud. 155? Eh...I think your standards are skewed. 149ish-150 which is still loud. Especially for daily. Don't get caught up on numbers.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

the mayhem is dual 2 ohm and dont have a budget cuz i want it hittin the max potential
