yeah, you said it bro, thats what i was going for, something few have done and something that shows the culmanation of what years of doing this can produce

again i am very pleased with the outcome

if i stick my head inside the enclosure and talk my voice sounds amplified and resonants like crazy... i have a feeling i wont have flexing issues with this box!

honestly i wouldnt have spent so much time on if this was temporary, but this setup should be in the car for a couple years if not more, i doubt i'll be disappointed going from a 12" re se on ~800w to a 15" fi q on ~1200w... and i dont have trunk space for much else

i might not be the best box builder in the world but im pretty sure that brace right there does nothing for the box besides take up air space

its 3.5 inches from wall to right of sub, and to the left there wasnt enough room to put one from baffle to back hence the reason why i had to put left dowel rod on the inner port wall. definately not optimal but look at the screws once the hole was cut out,

theres virtually no room for support, nor a double baffle really so i compromised

and if i didnt use 45's i bet you wouldnt be saying it was useless... and overkill never hurt anyone

o and it takes up .014cuft, not much of a difference

got the 4channel hooked up at about 11pm last night so i didnt want to take a night vid but it sounded great!

still waiting to hear from EA

so here's what happened.... my local mechanic who i have taken every car to since i was 16 put the ea alt in but used the stock pulley on the original alternator.... so the voltage regulator wasnt working correctly and stopped charging the battery and the car died, alot. so they called EA and after EA told them they werent suppose to change pulleys, they still charged my friend to take the new alt off, put stock back on. he sent it back to ea for repair and hasnt heard from them by email or phone for 2 weeks... does this seem normal???? its the only thing keeping us from hooking up the sub amp....

so frustrating... it only took 3 days to send the alt but two weeks just to look at it and no call.... this sucks!!

Still waiting for EA to send back an alt. my friend asked if he could just buy a new one and screw it on fixing the other, and they still said just wait. They said it would be sent Dec 17th, its now the 23rd and yesterday when called they said they couldnt find my friends alt in "their system," so they think its being shipped but not sure.... and its the only think keeping us from hooking up the Q!!!!
