Lol, I hate the price, but in all seriousness, FI, SSA, DD, AA, DC, they're all pretty much the same price. I'll look into the mayhems, they're not popular out here in PHX, FI AQ SAA. Those what people run out, there's always a couple kicker and RF people every now and then lol

yes they are. And performance is roughly the same for them all as well. As long as you arent comparing apples to oranges. You may find that brand a is louder in your install and brand b in someone elses.

always fun to beat all the fanboys with a different brand lol. in all seriousness though, you want to buy a sub that you know will take whatever you throw at it. whenever you push a sub to its limits you obviously risk breaking it. so spend less money now and hope you dont kill it, but maybe you have to buy recones at some point. then later you will want to upgrade power so you sell your subs at a lower price and buy new subs with higher power handling. or, you spend a little more money now, get a BEAST of a sub and know that you can upgrade power and probably wont have to worry about recones, as long as you dont do something dumb. from what i have used, the mayhem is by far the strongest sub. but there are a TON of subs i have never used. just something to think about man.

sorry if that didnt come out clear lol its late.

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.

DD3500's :ehh:

Op has the same issue I do. trunk space. the 3500s require a bigger box. 2.5 cubes per 12. The AA,DD FI equivalent can be in boxes down to 1.5 cubes per. you really gotta look at those more than anything and that pains me as much of a DD guy I am.

Yeah, that's why I stated the ft3 I have to work with, the subs have to perform well in the space I have.
