Forevrbumpn Posted November 10, 2007 Report Share Posted November 10, 2007 I think its just pro audio, that thing behind the magnet is just a second motor and frame for a compression driver, I can tell by looking at the cone, and the lip where the surround is, its lacking surround for excursion, so Iam almost 100% its just a pro audio coaxial Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. Forevrbumpn Posted November 10, 2007 Report Share Posted November 10, 2007 There is also the illusion it is HUGE, because of the monitor in front of the speaker, when its off in the distance, its a 10", I can tell by counting the ridges on the frame just about the top plate, the compression driver goes right down the pole piece, in the middle where the voice coil is, thats why its a 4" voice coil on a 10" speaker Where did you get this picture anyways?
