How do you do this?

This is not my picture and the persons who it is unknown and i have a truck similar and would like to do this

so i can make my floor of my sub box and maximize airspace i have the same back sears basiclly.

My Questions

1) What do i need to do this?

2) How do i do this?

3) And if i do this can i screw through it into mdf for the sides or will it split the fiberglass?

Tape off uour floor with masking tape. Spray adhesive to it and lay tin foil over it. Get some fiberglass resin and matt and wet the floor with the resin then lay out some chop mat peices TORN off of the bulk of the matt not cut (the torn edges lay across each other and create strength) and take a paintbrush wet with resin and tap it into the matt. Wetting it thru but not so it puddles. Do this till your matt is about a 1/4" thick. Then you can take your wood and put your bottomless box on this and secure it with more matt. Look at the fiberglass section here and you will find alot of tutorials on fiberglassing.

Best way I can think to do this would be to lay plastic down or tape the entire area then lay mat and resin it. let it dry then pull the plastic or tape free and you have it. Since you're planning on making a box this way I would do the tops and sides in mdf or birch and make sure to make the bottom as thick as possible.

kk So spray glue the foil to the tape then just do one layer at a time till think as i need and dont screw to the box firberglass it into the box? Also do i need to f26 it before i glass the wood to the floor?(let each layer dry before doing another one?)

Yes i was planning to do the tops and sides as mdf and let each layer dry before i do another one right?
