Well on top of finishing my pillars, I thought of how I can mount the amps and dress up the trunk. So here was some progress!

This just the base, which holds the fuses and amps. There will be a center section that will have decals of the equipment. All the sections will have lexan and LED's that will be activated by a hidden switch. The panel will be painted the same denim blue as everything else. Then I am going to make a beauty panel that will go from side to side, as well as a false floor to clean up the bottom of the trunk floor. Those panels will be covered in the same carpet as the trunk. I may also make side panels to make everything flow as one.

Tell me what you think!

thanks Steve, it means a lot getting recognition from you. I'm in the process of rebuilding the amp rack and rear beauty panels. I had a slight argument with my router and frustration took over. But this coming week I will be definately making some process. My goalis to have it done before April 15th. I have a local show I am going to try to attend, depending on whether or not I have to work. They will have an SQ and SPL division, so I may do both and see what needs to be done, to really finallize tuning and cleaning up everything, for final installation and enjoyment.

I'm not sure what bracket I will be in though, I used to be in SSNW, but that was with an SPL only car, this is my daily. I mean it's a single sub 1500 rms max power, so I don't expect to win, just want to see what it meters at, at full power.
