Obsidian and sundown are built in the same warehouse and Jacob (owner of sundown is part owner of obsidian, nick (owner of stereo integrity) is the other part owner of obsidian and the desIgner of the obsidian sub. There are a couple reasons why sundown is more popular first it is a much older company, obsidian barely came out this year, second sundown is advertised and sold by dealers. Obsidian was made mainly for us forum goers and is only advertised on the net. Both subs are great go the price, I have both, but you would definitely not be disappointed in the obsidians at all and I would probably take them over all other subs mentioned in this thread Quote so far...
