Its going to be hard since your budget is 60. Are you going to run a amp on the speakers? If yes what amp? A different option that I have used is the Polk db521, there cheap on ebay. The tweets aren't harsh like on most cheap coax. I noticed a huge difference when i put my door speakers in my truck even running off the h/u for a day it was still a big improvement. The tweeters on them are not harsh because they arent made out of aluminium or silk. These will have a warmer output on them so it wont make your ears hurt if you listen to songs with a ton of treble in them like metal can do.
