captainhook426 Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 Ok so I just finished installing my new amp yesterday night. I have been playing around with it a little, gains really low. So I have my SSD 15 on a crescendo 2k, but no real electrical to back it so I can't play too loud. I have one coil on that reads .9 which I'm ok with. The other coil reads .6 which to me isn't good. So tried to get a little ballsey and ran closer to full tilt and I noticed the smell and smoke and heat about as soon as the lows started. I'm thinking I need a recone and dd1 but is it ok to run the sub? Next time she tries to punch you in the stomach, whip your wiener out and chase her around. Show her who's boss.
