ok i got the "new" 3kwp amp ordered.. i think it 3500 watts (the one right under the 5k amp). its going to be pushing two Fi 18's Q's.. should i be expecting BIG things? Or the real question is "how" big? lol

big things all depends on what uve herd before but when its all done and put together properly ull have some very clean sounding subs and will slam pretty hard

And the 3kwp is the old model. Its the bc3500 now.

And be careful with your gains if you have good electrical your Q's will be getting almost double their rating

yeah sorry for the vague post lol. its going in a 15.5^3 box tuned to 30 htz, in my ext cab 1500 chevy. electrically.. i have a h.o. 220 amp alt., big 3, two yellow tops, and 0 gauge across the board.

yes that right! sorry i called to place my order on the 3kw and he said that was the older model i was looking at off there old site so he recommended the bc3500 as a great/better alternate. just couldnt remember the name

box that big on that kind of power "could" be trouble for those subs. You'll probably be able to bottom them out easily on low stuff if you push them too hard.

Otherwise it should be a bottom end monster and lots of fun...
