From my experience, they like to run on the warm side. before the autotek crapped again i was running close to 2k each to my igors. no issues at all. again, unless its clamped, impedance rise is a bitch... my amp is supposed to put out 9200w at 13.8v at 1 ohm.. but, my rise was to 2 ohms, and at 11.8v i was getting 6000w... now, do i say im giving it 9200w, like the paper says, or 6000w like real world tests show how much my amp is putting out? just because the amp says its 2000w or 4000w does not mean thats what its doing in the real world and just because someone with the same amp got xxx amount of power out, does not mean you will get the same... way to many factors The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall....... Why does everyone seem to think that you have to use the full potential of your amp. Buy bigger than you need then if you ever want to upgrade you already have the power on hand and dont have to spend that money again. thats true, but how many people come on here asking for this kind of stuff do you really think will do that? lol I'm buying two Crescendo's 5500 just so I NEVER have to buy another sub amp. I'm not going to be running full power...ever. Google it
