box size vs tuning freq Q

Recommended Posts

i hit a 148 with 2 kicker comp 15s in a sealed box...i prefer the overpowering method...i had almost triple the rms running on them..that always helps...

my next project is going to be an 18" re audio with 1700w on it..with medium size box 6ft(for an 18")..huge port & woofer and port up...tuned to 34hz...i am looking to hit in the 150s...

Triple the RMS on a Kicker sub? C'mon guy.. I was roasting a CVX on a AQ1200 with plenty to spare.

I'm not turning it into a versus thread.. I never compared it to anything. That was just plain silly.
