Chris Posted January 2, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 2, 2008 Well, I never could solve the problem with running 2 T1000.1bd's on my Q's. The first generation T1000 with the green circuit board instead of red kept going into protect mode @ .7ohms. So I wired my subs to a 1.4 ohm load & just put the 1 amp on the two. STILL POUNDS OUT OF CONTROL BTW! DEFINATELY over 140 on music. Now I have another question: My voltage stays pretty steady around 13.5 & I just recently ordered a Crunch GP3000D Pro which does 3000 rms @ 1ohm on 12volts. I'm thinking the Q's can handle 1500rms each in the right box. The amp has a factory current draw of 300amps. I'll probably be right at 3000watts RMS when all is said & done even with box rise & voltage drops, technically I was only around 2700 with both T1000's. Probably bassrace mid 140's Crunch didn't mess around with this flagship amp, it's louder than my 2 Rockfords were. The seat actually tickles you.
