A quick test that you might get lucky on is try tapping on the mass air flow sensor and see if the car starts to run bad when tapping on it, if it does thats a bad air flow sensor.They have a computer chip in them that could go bad. Good luck.

Alright back from messing around on it. New plugs and wires, much better throttle response but my problem persists.

Ran the codes and only O2 sensors came up. Put it on the lift and discovered... HEY! previous owner removed the front two O2 sensors. Sketchy fuck.

I am guessing this is causing sensors and what not to go out of whack

Missing O2 sensors are causing the computer to get confused, therefore your problem. The reason it goes away is because Ford computers figure out the problem and correct it in about 3-5 minutes.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
