LCD vs. LED, What would YOU invest in?

Recommended Posts

Wasn't sure which section this should be in so I tossed it in here.

So Black Friday is coming up quick and I am hoping to buy myself a new tv from best buy. I'm curious what you guys think is better for gaming, mostly fps's. Torn between this 42" Sharp LCDand This 32" Dynex LED. The sharp is also 1080p while the Dynex is only 720p

both seem to have good reviews just wanna get some input before i camp outside best buy for 12 hours to get it lol

almost forgot i can get the 42" for $200 and i believe the 32" is somewhere between 150 and 200

invest in name brand over dynex. i worked with dynex tv's, they're junk imo.

Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs.

More box builds

some cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches!

I'm with captain stupid.

sorry i didnt really specify, but honestly the only reason im even buying a tv in the first place is b/c I can get it dirt cheap friday. The 42" is on sale for $200 and the 32" will most likely be somewhere between $150 and $200.

I can survive without the tv but i guess im just wondering if anyone thinks its worth the investment for that price. :peepwall:

IMO get a LED/LCD TV thats atleast a 1080p and has, at minimum, a 120hz refresh rate. Vizios are decent TV's and should be a good price at ur local Wal-Mart on black friday. There are alot of choices but it depends on what ur budget is.
