Drillrig52
38" width, 18" height and depth. And with the calcs i did real quick thats actually 7.1 cubes. Too much for sa15s? And 33hz would be perfect, this is my daily driver. The music I play has alot of low and mid notes so thats what im aiming for. 38w by 18h by 18 deep? That's less then 6 cubes. And that's not includeing any displacements. I was told the formula for figuring out cubic ft is LxWxH divided by 1728. Im still learning man so maybe you can set me straight on this. My max dimensions are 40W 20H 20D. Im looking to get at least 6 cubes at 33-35hz with 2 6in aero ports. And maybe one 10in if I can have a place make it for me. ( Im in the drilling industry and we go through alot of pvc) 93 Toyota Corolla Big 3 1/0 Wire Rockford P400.4 Rockford T1000.1BD Rockford R-Series Components up front POS Kicker KS650 Coaxials rear deck 2 Sundown SA-15s Alpine CDE-123 Head Unit Custom Sub Box 5.8cubes 31hz
loudNlow87
I had a 7 cube box with 2 full length 6" aero's. External. For 2 SA-15's. Fucker got nasty low. Played with authority down to 25hz and still rang your head at 45. What do you mean by external? And how long is full length? The aero's are outside the box. Drillrig52
Thats badass man. I see you have it in a celica. Mines going in a 93 corolla. If i were to do that with regular 6in pvc how long would they have to be? 93 Toyota Corolla Big 3 1/0 Wire Rockford P400.4 Rockford T1000.1BD Rockford R-Series Components up front POS Kicker KS650 Coaxials rear deck 2 Sundown SA-15s Alpine CDE-123 Head Unit Custom Sub Box 5.8cubes 31hz
C-Fizzy
18" from flare to flare gave me a tuning of 30hz. Box did a 44 at 34hz on 2200 watts unclamped. I'm sure I had box rise out the ass. under construction I hate People with crappy primered cars rolling on hubcaps that are louder then me. u hate c-fizzy? C-Fizzy
If yours is going in a corolla, my design won't work. It's only good for hatchbacks. under construction I hate People with crappy primered cars rolling on hubcaps that are louder then me. u hate c-fizzy? Drillrig52
If yours is going in a corolla, my design won't work. It's only good for hatchbacks. I was thinking about putting the subs where the backseat used to be with the ports firing into the trunk through the huge gap. This isnt going to fit in the trunk. 93 Toyota Corolla Big 3 1/0 Wire Rockford P400.4 Rockford T1000.1BD Rockford R-Series Components up front POS Kicker KS650 Coaxials rear deck 2 Sundown SA-15s Alpine CDE-123 Head Unit Custom Sub Box 5.8cubes 31hz
bassrace
If your putting them in your backseat and not in the trunk I'd seal the trunk off from the cabin completely, imo that seems to be the most logical thing to do. idk if subs forward/port to the side or subs forward/port up would be the best in that situation. I can help you out on a design give me a few minutes.. 145.9@40hz 145.3@34hz big 3 X2 group 34 Deka Group 31 All 0/1 awg jl meta wire Alpine CDA 7894 Orion HCCA D5000 2 AQ HDC312's Crunch gpv1100.2 (for 6.5"s only) AQ pro audio 6.5" - 3 sets AQ supertweeters - 2 sets 2000 Slamry
