Didn't tested it yet, but had noting to do anyways Maybe I will try fiberglass if this one wont work out. This is one of the first boxes I ever build My original box with sub +- 30kg. Don102 Posted November 30, 2011 Author Report Posted November 30, 2011 It held up pretty good See how long it takes before it breaks down I tuned the box to 30hz, sounds little less louder then my other box that was tuned around 50hz. But noticeable playing lower. Will make a video this weekend

michigancapri92 Posted December 1, 2011 Report Posted December 1, 2011 birch is pretty light !! and if you want to go light i would try maybe 1/2 birch and a layer of woven glass mat, other than that good job on the box ! i always like seeing people try different things !! if it works great for us cuz we can learn ... if it fails ... good for us cuz we learned !!
