Me going through a side trail. At one point there were trees on each side and there was only an inch between my mirror and the trees on both sides...got through it first try.

Bought a Cobra 29 LX LE, 18 feet of coax cable, a cb antenna mount to mount the antenna above the passenger tail light, a 5 foot firestik antenna, and 4 KC daylighter covers for my lights. I also plastidipped my badges, but unfortunatly don't have pictures of them right now. I'll get some tomorrow and post them.

Big changes everybody! I'm doing a rebuild! I'm selling the 15s and amps to a good friend and am buying 3 Sundown SA-8s and a SAZ 1500. The SA-8s are the V2 D4s and I'll have them wired down to .67 ohms on the 1500. I'll be picking up the subs on Saturday. I've already talked to a guy about the 1500, just don't know when I'll be able to drive out to get it.

You guys act like you have never clogged a toilet and ran around the bathroom frantically hoping it don't overflow.

Well I'm buying the subs from a guy who is selling a total of three. 2 are in perfect condition and one has a scuff on the surround. Originally I wanted the two perfect ones and was gonna wire them down to 1 ohm, but then he gave me a great price on the third that I couldn't resist, so now I'm getting three. I know that the saz1500s can easily take .67 and even lower if you back them up with the right power, so I'm planning on getting a nice battery for the back and a bigger alt. I'll keep a close eye on the voltage, and if I ever decide that I don't feel comfortable running them at .67, I can always just switch it up to the two subs and sell one for a profit since I'm getting such a good deal on it.

When are we going to see actuall bass updates

I'll be buying the 3 SA-8s on Saturday. I'm not sure when I'll be able to travel out to get the SAZ1500 but I have a guy holding one for me so I'm gonna buy it from him when I get the chance. I'm gonna be building my own box this time so I've been reading a lot about designing boxes lately and I think I can do it.

Bought the SA-8s today and THEY ARE AWESOME. So heavy and aggressive looking for just an 8". I love the huge surrounds and just about everything about it. I could go on and on about them, but I'm sure y'all are just interested in pics.

They are the SA-8 V2's with D4 coils. They have only been played for a couple of hours. They are perfect except for one small scuff on the surround on one of them

You can only see the scuff if you are looking for it really hard, and it doesn't affect the performance at all. Because of the tiny scuff, he let me have it for $25 less than the others :)

Can't wait to build a box for these and get them in the Jeep!
