If I had it I wouldn't need it! Wife: Sigh! Pretty much the way it works! Is that the variable speed one? The one I have is exactly like that, but I think mine is variable speed. It has a knob on the top front of it. GREAT for sanding glass! Pick up one of those cheapy multi packs of sand paper, like 100 discs in a pack, and you're home free! Detail sand by hand! Nevermind! You got it! Ya that's why I love this site, more than others I'm on. EDIT: Have you decided for sure on black or would you also consider trying to match it to the gray dash? Either way would look good really since you have so much black in the rest of the truck.
