I´m using a DD m1b (same amplifier) and already had 0 gauge coming from the batteries, just trim it a little bit and you are set to go, no need for reducers IMO :)

I dont get why people would PAY for reducers... just cut the effin wire to fit and BAAMMM, its been reduced!

nice sub/amp combo

x10 on that comment , that´s why i said no need for reducers, i think that´s dumb lol

dude reducers or not you can make 0 gauge fit. In my opinion, if your running .5ohm on that amp it would love the current getting to it. as fecupe tested already, DD M1b ran 2200 wats rms at .5 ohm. you should love it! I used to have it. Only reason I sold it was for the DD M1c :)

i agree with you to an extent. the M1b/ m1c(current model) is very similiar to the AQ1200d. but the engineering and quality of parts is a little better with dd. allowing it to run same rated output at 12 volts instead of 14.4. Im sure you can see that when you tested ur M1b and it gave you 2200rms or 2300rms.. ahah The AQ 1200d doesnt do that but prolly 1500+?
