That's what i've come up with so far...can't fit 6" aero's in there cause the O.D. is over 9" each....my box is only 16" tall. So I figured I'd go with 3 4" ports from P.E.

Gonna add the length to the port tubes by going to Home Depot and getting some PVC, gonna need 2ft. of it. The box is gonna be 35" wide, 19" deep, 16" tall, so 4cubes and tuned to 30Hz after displacement

Any ideas, suggestions?

I have those same ports and I wouldn't buy them again. The way they taper down when you add PVC to it, it leaves a gap and not a smooth surface. Just buy the PVC and flare it yourself. :)

What do I lose by not flaring it?

6" ports wouldnt fit even if you moved subs all the way the the outside edges? maybe the port would fit at either top center or bottom center? just a thought.

It was fairly easy. My 3rd and 4th ones looked nice. The first two were uneven and ugly, they went on the inside. :)

I got a noticeable gain by flaring, and it looks better. Also less port noise. I had 2 15"s in my monte with subs and ports forward and was able to have two 6" ports.

WTF?? Got any pics of your baffle on your fwd firing dual 15's setup? Many, I've been messing around on sketchup trying to get this shit to fit but not having any luck...i'm hearing a single 6" port doesn't give the pair of SA-12's enough port area so I've been trying to get dual in there, haha, ain't happening. If the difference is noticeable with flared vs. non-flared, i'm gonna do flared for sure....any help you could provide with this herby would be lovely since you have/had a MC and all. Hit me up when you get a chance

I will try to find the dimensions of the box, I tried to sell the box, no one wanted it, so i tore it apart about a week ago.
