CJ18
Stock level 3 1000w. Level 3 with level 4 upgrade 1500w. I did the proto testing in my truck on the m2 level 3s. These are the wattage numbers that I found to be the best. Once you go past 1500w on the level 3 with the upgrade, you will start to run into motor saturation. I had minimal gains on the termlab when I jumped up to 1700-2000w on a burp from 1300-1500w.
CJ18
If you plan on anything over 1300-1500w max per sub then the level 4 would be the sub to go with.

But anyways i would stick with the new m2's and a better amp. Rusty would have to chime in on this but I do believe all of them are stronger. I know for a fact that the Level 4 and XLs are, so I would have to assume for Rusty to go through the trouble of a complete redesign that he would find a way to make the motors stronger than before.
