carshateme
Got a 2000 RMS Mono block amplifier and I need to know if level 3s can handle that kind of force. Amplifier is a Hifonics HIF2000D. Budget: $300 Want: 2 12" subs. I would get level 4s...but I'm on a budget so level 3s will have to do in the meantime. BeAlLsTaR13
i would say yes only cause we all know those HFI amps dont do close to rated, you'll be lucky to see 1200w rms clean out of that amp on a good day, so the lvl 3s wouldnt have a problem.. but your budget is a little short for a pair of lvl 3 12s though Edited December 30, 2011 by BeAlLsTaR13 Quote Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------

JPagan
If you have to get 2 12s with that budget I would suggest 2 obsidian audio OA 12s.
CJ18
The m2 level 3s will handle the power you are looking to run. I have done it myself with more power and no issues.

They would definitely handle the power he wants to run but also cost close to double his budget.
carshateme
Thank you all for your suggestions =) I will save up my money and wait for the M2s. These subs hopefully will be the last I buy. Quote New build coming soon. fmedina
There is no such thing as "the last buy" in the car audio world.
