OrangeJuiced
def shouldnt cheap out on audio equipment, go all out the first time around even if it takes u 3 months longer to finish it if the funds arent there. beatiful truck tho, the paint through my HDMI looks lickable lmao I didn't want to go the cheap route, but I didn't want to go without bass for so long. I figured I'd slap the audiopipe in for maybe a year and when the time is right I'd upgrade. The pictures don't really do the color justice either. It look nasty when it's all polished up! 2001 GMC Sierra Build. Body dropped and Juiced
99fullsizechevy
First thought seeing it layed out is I may need a box of tissues, I absolutly love seeing a nbs gm lay rocker.. Gotta do mine sometime.. The more I looked the more I want one of those orange push pop things... Hmm Looks awesome dude kinda makes me wish I could take a solid week off and get mine painted.. Have everything but time.. But does it really ride pretty smooth? Every juice setup I've rode in or drove is kinda stiffish... Especially a buddy's of mines old civic.. Felt like the suspension was welded solid.. Lol Laying frame soon.. System has to wait
Mtnbikecrazy55
Nice job man!! Everything looks great, it's badass that your dad is sharing his knowledge and teaching you about all the electrical, just awesome. What do you do if you want to leave the truck running and get out? If the switches are disabled when it's running? Just curious. Great job bro! Keep it up! I hate long signatures.... ...what the fuck is wrong wiht you you fucking fuckity fuck fuck head... The reason being is because it has accumulators. This truck was made to have controllable suspension and yet ride as smooth as possible. 2001 GMC Sierra Build. Well if the truck is running and doors are shut, the only way to get out is by turning the truck off. It can be a hassle but it's something you get use to. 2001 GMC Sierra Build. OrangeJuiced
ok guys, small little update. I am trying to organize and get everything together before putting the stereo in. So I'm doing little things to help make the install a little faster. Plus I'm really excited to get this done, but want to do it all right. So here is one thing I did. I created these door stops so the door wouldn't fully extend and bend stuff up, but the straps kept tearing so I installed these metal grommets. The color looks really good in this picture. So while i had half the interior torn out fixing that strap I decided to run the speaker wire through the door and run the 0 gauge up to the battery. They aren't hooked up or anything, just ran to the location with some extra slack. I plan on building an amp rack behind the seats holding both amps and I'll make a cover to hide all the wires and just show the amps. Ok my dad also designed a box for me. He is in Arizona and I'm in Oregon so he sent me all the dimensions and specs. He said he used two programs (don't know which ones) to check it for the subs specs and they both said the box was good. So the overall dimensions are 46.75in x 14.5in x 14in. The box is tuned for 48hz and the bandpass is from 33hz to 80 hz. 1.26 cu ft for the rear chammber and .74 cu ft for the front chamber. He said one 4 in port 18 inches long, but he said it will probably be too long so I can cut it down. I'm willing to trust dad, especially because this is my first build, but what do you guys think? 2001 GMC Sierra Build.
