I would double layer the baffle...subs facing back/port to side? Looks like it should waaaang

I don't have any experience with DC subs but the box looks good, you may want to brace side to side as well, wouldn't hurt, but good looking box

I think conceptually looks fine, I can't speak to what the dc subs like tho. But good first design if its your first.

not the first I've built but first I've tried to due up on my own from scratch

I think conceptually looks fine, I can't speak to what the dc subs like tho. But good first design if its your first.

Double up the baffle and might need bracing in the port also. Looks good tho

unless im looking at this wrong..the port is 28 long on the side that is 31 long correct? if so id make so the end of the port is the width of the port away from the back of the box...if that makes sense

This isn't teeball. YOU DO NOT GET A TROPHY JUST BECAUSE YOU SHOW UP. Put the work in and then maybe get the respect when it has been earned

you looking at width.. the port runs length wise.. gap is 4.5" so lost an inch. I was trying to keep the area directly bellow the woofers a consistent flat surface. no sure if it really matters though

unless im looking at this wrong..the port is 28 long on the side that is 31 long correct? if so id make so the end of the port is the width of the port away from the back of the box...if that makes sense

level the subs and that would help to keep a consistant flat plus you get to havr the port at back
