2007TBSS
I have a 1/3 of the watts you do and my lights dim too. I ran these same amps in a 2000 Sonoma with a 2.2L 4 cylinder and the lights never dimmed. Trailblazers apparently have a weak link somewhere. CrazyCricket12
Didn't work on the truck today but I did go tune my buddies setup with my DD1 I got for Christmas. If you don't have one then you should get one because it's worth the money. It improved the SQ on his system by a lot and actually surprised me for just 2 powerbass 10"s in about a 1.6 cubic ft sealed box. Took a little video for you guys to share. http://youtu.be/NVnqjch4eMc

You didn't double any areas or all sides, top and bottom The top is doubled but nowhere is. I just braced it inside so it doesn't flex. I can grab the brace through the port and pull and push and try to shake it but its pretty solid.

CrazyCricket12
Ahh okay! I didn't know. Anyways. I like the color and detail you put into making this enclosure Thanks. I'm happy with the out come but I thought about making a picture frame type thing to go around the port and paint it grey also to kinda make the colors flow better. Any thoughts on that idea?
