Ecco Posted January 17, 2012 Report Posted January 17, 2012 ^^^ get this product called cosequinn (check spelling).. i seen it advertised on commercial for arthritus and joint pain... and ACTUALLY worked wonders on my german shepard larry bc hes almst 10now..and generally had a hard time getting up..not anymore I'm assuming that's directed towards me. She has already been on a ton of joint medications. But it's a spinal problem. Vets at a specialty clinic say that without any physical therapy, she only has 8 months to a year before she can't walk. it's not a pain problem, either. She's pain free and she still runs around everywhere. She just forgets that her hips don't work well anymore so she runs while jumping with her rears, and if she turns in place, her hips give way and she collapses to the floor.

Idk but the owner punched it the guy paid for the hospital bill to glue me back up and dad said its never happened again from that dog... Idk if that was accident or not.. I hated dogs for a while after that if they was bigger than a cat lmao but it's all matter or opinion and personal experience.. I've met all nice gentle boxers since that and they are all owned by good people so i wouldn't think twice about owning one now OP nice thread, I've now gotten new ideas for a dog of my own its either going to be a pitbull or like a 50/50 husky wolf mix Laying frame soon..
