Napa high output gm alt

Recommended Posts

Anyone ever use one of these? The retail is $399.99 but from my work I can get these for $222.49. They are rated for 200 amp and are built of a ad244. I'm thinking about running a few of these in my truck but can't find any reviews on them. Any info would be great thanks

Agreed, real world output at idle and warm, less than 100 amps.

*Edit-If you need that voltage near 1300-1500 RPM, then it might be a good choice. The price is very good :)

ya it has a lifetime warr. thats the main reason i was even thinking about it. plus its not some ebay alt where if i tear it up i just gotta go 1 mile from my work 6 miles from my house. im wanting to get a few real alts but by the time you buy 2 or 3 high amps thats a big kick in the wallet. but i know ya gotta pay to play
