voxigenboy
is this amp any good? not really finding any reviews on the thing. just considering it because of how 'inexpensive' it is. i'm worried about heat-related issues. http://www.poweracoustik.com/pa2011/amps-D1-6000D.html Edited January 26, 2012 by voxigenboy

No. And you get what you pay for, please don't try to take the cheap way out when it comes to buying car audio equipment. Take a look at Crescendo's new line of BC amplifiers and as far as subwoofers check out dc, sundown, ssa, ascendant, fi, and digital designs. voxigenboy
so curious then, i currently have a Kicker DX500.1 that had been powering a pair of 12" Kicker Comp's... recently got a pair of 12" CompVR's and looking to get a "decent" amp around $200 - $300 that will provide those subs with the power they need. Autruche
4 gauge power inputs and no hint of fuse sizing. I wouldn't even use it as a paperweight. And every setup with a Power Acoustik amp I've ever heard sounded like crap. Quote Need Test Tones/Sine Waves?
