Hadec
Everything is working now thanks to Premium Sounds & Security. I still have one little problem. When I turn the car on I hear a hi pitch sound like that mosquito ringtone coming from the amplifier. The sound gets louder if I accelerate. Do you guys think this is a grounding issue or just the amp? Because I have heard of some sundown amps making this hi pitch noise as well. I have 1/0 ground wire. poorfish88
Hopefully just a bad amp ground. Ground loops can be a mofo to track down. Try a different amp ground.

kingsuv
Given how well that shop did on the install, I am going to say it is a shitty ground. Check where the amp is grounded, then move up to the front of the car and check where the alt is grounded and look into doing the big 3 Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

Rebel4055
Just a FYI. I wouldn't call the wiring they gave you 1/0. Check and see where they grounded the amp and take a picture.
