This should not be a problem because most amps use butterworth crossovers which are -3@ crossover point whether it be 12db 18db or 24db. Regardless of crossover slope, all butterworth filters are -3db at their xover point - which is what the dd-1 was designed for? I thought that they used either Linkwitz or butterworth filters - but most use butterworth? - I think this was my 'missing link' Thanks for clearing this up. Lol All good, I love my cc1 It is spot on with my current super accurate tools. And the rta doesnt lie. Plus the gain match part is super cool as a bonus. Might get techy here. 18db slope amp Lp settings go from 50-250 So to get the refrence voltage it said to set the amp to lp and turn it all the way up Problem is when it is 18db slope and only goes to 250 but you wanna set 100hz well its already 18db down at 125 so it was killing the signal during my test. Wasnt until i thru it on the rta that i caught it. So now i leave the amp on full pass for the reference voltage, then click the filter on and adjust to the freq we want. Works perfect every time and honestly takes 2min to do a whole car. Love it. I did make a lengthy video showing all of this but sent it to steve so he could edit out the crap. <<< is no good at vid editing. Hopefully he gets it up soon before all these guys recieve their cc1's It should answer alot of questions.
