I need help to design a box because i know nothing about "Torres Box Tuning Calculator"

And it's all pretty difficult for me because English is not my best language.

Max dimensions are 60H x 80W x 50D. all in centimeters.

Car project:

Microcar Virgo 3 Deluxe

It's not really a car, Actually, a moped

engine cc: 550CC 5hp !

Top speed: 45kmh ! ( 27mph )

Subwoofer: Sundown SA-15

amplifier: Sundown SAZ-2000D

So, Who can help me to design a box?

Ok here is a design suggestion:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 35,023 Hz

Vb = 3,581 ft^3

Subwoofer Mounting = Front Mounted

External Height = 15,75 in

External Width = 31,5 in

External Depth = 19,75 in

Port Width = 3 1/2 in

Cut List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front = 27 1/4 x 14 1/4

Back = 31 1/2 x 14 1/4

Left & Right Sides:

Side 1 = 19 x 14 1/4

Side 2 = 18 1/4 x 14 1/4

Top & Bottom = 31 1/2 x 19 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 14 3/4 x 14 1/4

Extension = 3 1/4 x 14 1/4

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Dimensions are as near as possible to metric equivalents, let me know any questions/comments.

By the way 19mm wood will be near enough.

WOW, someone was nice enough to give you a box design and you don't wanna take the time to convert from inches to centimeters? b0a1623a3b0453a6217123a.jpeg

there is some VERY hard headed people out there. Anyone who says a DD-1 isnt necessary is also saying an O-scope isnt necessary. Anyone who says an O-scope IN THE MINIMUM isnt necessary, is a noob. Forget the DD-1 for a minute, any reputable installer will at LEAST use an O-scope. Those guys in that thread are clowns. Hard headed clowns.

are there other people who want to help me?

I dont understand the explanation of Joe X

Please i want the sizes in centimeters.

NLMax you really don't need to convert anything, just use the tape measure inches side to make your cuts, the external dimensions are virtually the same as you provided, anyways to keep things simple go to google and write this:

"15.75 inches to centimeters" and Voila!

It answers: "15.75 inches = 40.00500 centimeters"
