4th Order Design for XL's in the 'stang *Bottom of Pg.3*

Recommended Posts

hey man from my experience with dc 12s the smaller box (especially on that power) will be better than the 2.2 cube you had designed originally.

when i had 12s i was at 1.6 net air space on 2 3.5ks on a lvl 5 before i aborted the build to do 4 15s lol

hope this helps

shrink ur sealed chamber to 1.5 cubes..ui will not loose anything...u will gain more control over ur subs when putting that kind of power to them..and make ur port 2 inches longer if u do shrink ur sealed chamber and add the difference to the ported chamber

Is the sealed side in your pic common chamber? Also I would use the 8" aero and not the square. Itd be so simple to shorten it to your liking. Derrick on Caco makes 8" aeros for 50 bucks. They're very nice if you haven't seen them in person. Good luck man!
